OPG Scotland Ltd. is delighted to have been successful in attaining BS 18001 Occupational Health & Safety

plus, transitioning over to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, from the previous standards.

These revised standards align perfectly with the company’s emphasis on a clearer business strategy, comprehensive risk management, enhanced business intelligence and improved communications.

Working towards certification helped the business to be increasingly aware of the changing nature of running a successful company in today’s uncertain climate.

Heightened awareness of our chosen market becoming less predictable, presented an opportunity to manage change, in a more structured, less disruptive way.

New challenges, including technological, legislative and increased globalisation, impact not only large corporations, but equally, SMEs such as OPG Ltd.

Being able to demonstrate our commitment to an integrated management system, which is externally audited, offers confidence, not only to external stakeholders, but Team OPG!
