Scott Trawlers is a multi vessel operation employing sophisticated technology to harvest Northern Oceans.

Their ocean-going fleet is designed and built to trawl for finest King Scallops. Their daily catch includes a quality by-catch of Dover Sole and Monkfish.

Pioneering on-board freezing plants ensure these finest King Scallops conserve their freshness and flavour for the most discerning customer.

Traceability and transparency is assured from the moment of capture by beaming C-Trace system data via satellite to Scott Trawlers' shore based H.Q.

Every premium grade King Scallop is delivered direct from Scott Trawlers' boats to discerning customers across Europe using its own transport solutions.
