Farmlay
Farmlay Eggs is an independent, family company with a proud tradition of producing, packing and distributing fresh Scottish eggs since 1946.
From a foundation of just 1,000 birds, Farmlay Eggs is now run by husband and wife team Robert and Ethel Chapman along with their son Iain and has 35 employees.
The family have made radical changes to their operations since Robert’s father, Peter, first began producing eggs and now, approximately 2 million eggs per week pass through Farmlay’s main packing centre in Strichen, Aberdeenshire.
